Free delivery upon spending over HK$400.
Additional HK$30 delivery fee will be charged if the order fails to fulfill free delivery.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment via SF Express with a shipment waybill number and drop-off without signature. You will be able to track & trace your package with the shipment waybill numbers on the SF Express HK website.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group separate orders together and ship them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
SF Express will claim products undeliverable or unclaimed after 2 failed attempts of contacting customers or delivering to the address. We will contact the customer and organise a re-delivery, a however additional cost will be charged.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Free office pickup service upon spending over HK$100.
Additional HK$30 service fee will be charged for orders less than the amount.
Orders generally are ready for pick up within 7 working days. We will contact you via Email or Whatsapp with a confirmation once the package is ready for collection. It is required to present the notification to us for verifying your identity.
